Katie is an Ohio University Scripps School of Journalism graduate, specifically majoring in Magazine journalism with a specialization in Spanish. Katie decided to join staff with Campus Crusade for Christ when God confirmed her passion and gifting to work with college students. Moreover, Katie is gripped by the fact that just 1-2% of the world has a college education, but that powerful percent will have the biggest influence over the rest of the world.
One of Katie’s favorite things about her job is being able to labor for the Lord beside an amazing group of staff and students. She’s excited to see how God moves at OU and how He will work in the hearts of women on South Green. When Katie isn’t spending time in the deep South of campus, Donkey is a favorite Athens hangout. Katie also loves how the students and community combine in Athens to make an all-around unique and enjoyable atmosphere.
